一、概述
能(neng)源回(hui)收(shou)及保(bao)設備是廣(guang)泛應用(yong)(yong)(yong)于、化(hua)(hua)工、電工電子、冶金(jin)、釀造等多(duo)種域(yu)的設備,原(yuan)來一(yi)(yi)直(zhi)沿用(yong)(yong)(yong)的 尾氣處(chu)理(li)設備只(zhi)能(neng)中和凈(jing)化(hua)(hua),對再(zai)回(hui)收(shou)長久以來沒有好的辦法,使得大量(liang)(liang)能(neng)源被浪費.因此,我公司一(yi)(yi)種對尾氣進(jin)行吸收(shou)再(zai)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)的裝(zhuang)置。本裝(zhuang)置的應用(yong)(yong)(yong)不僅為(wei)保(bao)做出(chu)了的貢獻(xian),而且,為(wei)節約了大量(liang)(liang)的能(neng)源,創造了的。
二、 工作原理

三、結構及特點
HCl、SO2、NH3、HF尾氣回收裝置由降膜回收器 、一級吸收塔、二級吸收塔、真空泵、排氣管及控制儀表組成。
本系列裝置可根據應用要求安裝自動控制元器件,如氣體在線分析儀、流量傳感器(氣、液)、電磁閥、液位控制計、PH值控制計、電導率儀、控制柜及附件等,從而實現本系統運行及管理的自動化。自控系統可根據用戶要求進行手動、半自動和全自動控制。
四、規格性能參(can)數表
因HCl、SO2、NH3、HF尾氣回收(shou)裝置(zhi)可應用于(yu)各種(zhong)、回收(shou)的(de)氣體種(zhong)類、濃度(du)、溫(wen)度(du)等(deng)條件(jian)不盡相(xiang)同,塔(ta)所回收(shou)的(de)種(zhong)類也不一樣,所以,本系列(lie)裝置(zhi)應根據實際條件(jian)進行針對性(xing)地選型,為用戶量身(shen)定作具(ju)有性(xing)、性(xing)的(de)尾氣HCl、SO2、NH3、HF回收(shou)裝置(zhi)。
