Φ7米玻(bo)璃(li)鋼脫(tuo)(tuo)硫(liu)塔(ta)(ta)太京煙氣進入脫(tuo)(tuo)硫(liu)塔(ta)(ta),與(yu)自上而(er)下(xia)噴淋的(de)堿性石灰石漿液霧滴逆流接觸,其中(zhong)的(de)酸性氧(yang)化物SO2以及(ji)其他污染物HCL、HF等被吸收,吸收SO2后的(de)漿液反(fan)應生成CaSO3,通過就地(di)強(qiang)制(zhi)氧(yang)化、結晶生成CaSO4•2H2O,經脫(tuo)(tuo)水(shui)后得到脫(tuo)(tuo)硫(liu)副(fu)產(chan)品—石膏,實現(xian)含硫(liu)煙氣的(de)綜合治理。Φ7米玻(bo)璃(li)鋼脫(tuo)(tuo)硫(liu)塔(ta)(ta)以NaOH(Na2CO3)脫(tuo)(tuo)硫(liu),脫(tuo)(tuo)硫(liu)液中(zhong)主(zhu)要為NaOH(Na2CO3)水(shui)溶液,在循環(huan)過程(cheng)中(zhong)對水(shui)泵、管道、沖刷及(ji)堵塞,便(bian)于設備(bei)運行和維護(hu)。
玻璃鋼脫硫塔雙堿法煙氣(qi)脫硫工藝(yi)同石(shi)(shi)灰(hui)石(shi)(shi)/石(shi)(shi)灰(hui)等其他濕法脫硫反應機理(li)類似,主要反應為煙氣(qi)中(zhong)的SO2先溶解于吸收液(ye)中(zhong),然后(hou)離解成H+和HSO3—;

式(1)為慢反應(ying),是(shi)速度控制過程之一。然(ran)后H+與溶液中的(de)OH-中和反應(ying),生(sheng)成鹽和水,SO2不斷被吸收溶解。反應(ying)方程式如下:
2NaOH+SO2→Na2SO3+H2O
Na2SO3+SO2+H2O→2NaHSO3
脫(tuo)硫塔太京脫(tuo)硫后(hou)的反(fan)(fan)應產物進(jin)(jin)入池內用另一(yi)種堿,一(yi)般是(shi)Ca(OH)2進(jin)(jin)行,反(fan)(fan)應過程(cheng)如下(xia):
Ca(OH)2+Na2SO3→2NaOH+CaSO3
Ca(OH)2+2NaHSO3→Na2SO3+CaSO3•1/2H2O+1/2H2O
存在氧氣的條件下,還會發生以下反應:
Ca(OH)2+Na2SO3+1/2O2+2H2O→2NaOH+CaSO4•H2O
