冷卻塔(ta)虹吸罩的原理:
虹(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置設在冷卻塔的中(zhong)央豎(shu)(shu)井內,每條上(shang)(shang)主水(shui)(shui)(shui)槽(cao)設有一個虹(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置。運行開(kai)始時,豎(shu)(shu)井水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)(wei)(wei)上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)淹沒(mei)虹(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)罩,水(shui)(shui)(shui)流(liu)(liu)流(liu)(liu)入上(shang)(shang)槽(cao),帶(dai)走虹(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)罩內空氣(qi),形(xing)成負壓區(qu)(qu)。此時由于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)豎(shu)(shu)井水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)(wei)(wei)較(jiao),噴頭(tou)出水(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)大,出水(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)大于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)來水(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang),豎(shu)(shu)井水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)(wei)(wei)下降(jiang)(jiang),由于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)虹(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)罩內已形(xing)成負壓區(qu)(qu),雖然豎(shu)(shu)井水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)(wei)(wei)可下降(jiang)(jiang)到虹(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)堰頂以下標,但借助(zhu)壓力(li)差(cha),將水(shui)(shui)(shui)提升(sheng),充滿虹(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置,使水(shui)(shui)(shui)流(liu)(liu)*地穩定流(liu)(liu)入上(shang)(shang)主水(shui)(shui)(shui)槽(cao),供應(ying)冷卻塔內區(qu)(qu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)。當進塔水(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)變小時,相(xiang)應(ying)豎(shu)(shu)井水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)(wei)(wei)下降(jiang)(jiang),水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)(wei)(wei)下降(jiang)(jiang)到虹(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)破(po)壞孔(kong)上(shang)(shang)緣(yuan)或虹(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)罩下緣(yuan)時,空氣(qi)進入虹(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)罩內,負壓狀(zhuang)態(tai)破(po)壞,內、外(wai)為(wei)同一壓,豎(shu)(shu)井水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)(wei)(wei)就(jiu)不(bu)能被提升(sheng),豎(shu)(shu)井水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)(wei)(wei)又(you)于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)堰頂標,主水(shui)(shui)(shui)槽(cao)會(hui)自動(dong)停(ting)止供水(shui)(shui)(shui),實現冷卻塔外(wai)區(qu)(qu)配水(shui)(shui)(shui)狀(zhuang)態(tai),這就(jiu)是虹(hong)(hong)(hong)吸(xi)豎(shu)(shu)井的基本原理(li)。
